Sustainable Innovations Research Laboratory
Vision
An interdisciplinary and multicultural space for business and scientific cooperation, where students, scientists, and entrepreneurs representing different fields of activity and cultures would work together to find ways to create, maintain, and increase the innovative potential of business in the digital economy.
Mission
By combining the study processes of different fields at the university with scientific research in business innovation, promoting the efficiency and social responsibility of national and global business in the digital economy age, by educating scientists and preparing business leaders who are able to operate in a constantly changing multicultural environment, demonstrate systematic thinking, and strive to continuously update their knowledge.
Conduct research at various levels and degrees of complexity, examining how advances in digital technology development could:
- Increase the innovativeness of existing businesses,
- Promote entrepreneurship and the creation of leading new businesses and jobs through the application of ICT and innovation tools,
- Enable the university to train specialists with the professional knowledge and innovation creation and management skills needed for both the current and future labor markets.
- The impact of digitization on sustainability;
- Research and prevention of threats to public safety;
- Human resource management;
- Energy sustainability;
- Social entrepreneurship.
