MRU Library Working Hours
From now on, during extended opening hours, the library can be accessed only through the glass doors from the University foyer and only with a valid student or staff ID card. The card must be activated by a University security officer the first time it is used.
Students who plan to use the Grand Reading Room during extended hours and do not yet have a student ID card can order one here: ISIC with a Vilnius public transport e-ticket. Please make sure to obtain your card in advance.
Extended opening hours of the Vilnius Library:
- Monday–Friday: 19:00–22:00
- Saturday: 18:00–22:00
- Sunday: 9:00–22:00
On public holidays, the library is also closed during extended hours.
Please note that during these hours, other library spaces will not be accessible. If you need books from the Long-Term Reading Room or the Borrowing Collection, please arrange this in advance or use the after-hours book lending service.
No consultations will be provided during extended hours.
