ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is like a Ferrari with bicycle brakes. We invite you to learn more about this condition and lend a helping hand to those who struggle to keep up, manage things, or finish tasks. We can become a Community of Support.
Organising ones live when you have ADHD is no small challenge. It is estimated that as many as 5% of people in Europe have this condition, which can prevent them from reaching their full potential. Why are more and more people get diagnosis? Is it due to changes in the environment, or do we simply know more about the condition and recognise it more easily? Scientists are still seeking answers to these questions, as well as ways to support people with ADHD and their loved ones.
In the Great Reading Room, you will find a book display featuring a wide selection of recent literature on ADHD. Find out more about the condition, as someone around you may be silently struggling in a hostile environment and using their energy to mask their difficulties.
