Now working towards his Master's Degree in Estonia's Tallinn University of Technology (TUT), Nosakhare decided to spend part of his summer attending the Summer School in Vilnius.

    Student From Turkey: Studying Abroad, Dream Come True

    Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) student Aysenur Ozcan from Turkey has lots of plans, but for now is immersed in Bachelor's Degree Psychology studies. "MRU is very international," says the 20-year-old student from Izmir who left 3 brothers and 1 sister in Turkey to pursue studies at MRU. "I really miss my family," says the student from Turkey, but adds that she wants to travel, meet new people and learn Lithuanian, during her time at MRU.

    Utrecht University Students Visited April 19th

    April 19th, 2018, a group of about 40 Utrecht University Psychology students visited Mykolas Romeris University (MRU). They toured MRU's campus and met fellow students at MRU's Psychology Institute. During the visit, 5 MRU Psychology students discussed their experiences earlier this year in the intensive programme, "Support for Youth Identities in Diverse Europe" (INSIDE), in Cluj Napoca at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania.

    France's University of Lille Student Begins Internship at MRU

    From April 16th, 2018, France's Lille University student Lucile Brohet, studying Business and Foreign Languages (3rd year), is undertaking an internship at MRU's Institute of Communication. She will spend 2,5 months at MRU where her main responsibility is to manage MRU's Summer School, "Science and the Art of Communication."

    Student from the French Alps Heading to Moscow via MRU

    Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) exchange student Stanley Cochet, from the French Alps town of Chambéry, hopes to study at Moscow's MGIMO University's Global Affairs Master's programme, after he completes his Bachelor's in June. A Political Science major at the University of Lille 2, Cochet has a penchant for Eastern Europe with friends not only in Poland, Latvia, but also in Belarus, Moldova and Russia. He is an Erasmus+ exchange student at MRU.

Karakecili is an active student, heading MRU's International Student Association (ISA), and diligently working towards her Bachelor's Degree.

    Digital Saavy Kosovo Student Believes Everything is Possible

    Newly-arrived MRU Erasmus+ student Blerjan Gashi from Kosovo, an Economics student, is spending his first semester abroad at MRU. Digital savvy, he is running a digital marketing and graphic design company from Pristina, while he studies at MRU. 'It is the first time that I am out of my country," said the 20-year-old student. He finds the buildings unique, Vilnius beautiful and said his Erasmus semester is going "to be good."

    MRU Student Narkutė Lauds Benefits of Georgia Internship

    Oct.-Dec. 2017, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) International & Intercultural Communication 3rd yr. student spent teaching Lithuanian as an intern at the Georgian Technical University's (GTU) Centre of Lithuanian Language and Culture. "The 2-month stay in Tbilisi was extremely valuable and is different from being a tourist," said the student, who considers Georgia the land of her dreams. She had visited Georgia 4 times before landing the internship.

    Sad to Depart, Italian Student Plans to Return To MRU in April

    On Jan. 25th, 2018, MRU Erasmus+ exchange student Fabrizio Stroscio from Italy, will be returning home to Sardinia after spending the fall 2017 semester at Mykolas Romeris University. An Economics major at the University of  Cagliari, he said he learned much at MRU. He made many friends from throughout the world and is very sad to be departing. However, Fabrizio plans to return to Vilnius in April to meet with fellow Erasmus+ students and reconnect.
