    Sept. 16th-17th, 2017, a joint MRU, Korea's Dongseo University (DSU) and Ajou University Team participated in the largest Baltic region gaming event, "GameOn 2017" which was held at the LITEXPO Centre in Vilnius. DSU and MRU now implement two joint studies programmes, the Bachelor's Degree "Informatics & Digital Contents" and the graduate programme, "Informatics and Visual Contents."

The first lecture was delivered by Japan's Aichi University Prof. Suzuki Norio. Lithuania's Foreign Affairs Ministry Dept. Head Gytis Marcinkevičius attended the opening ceremony and addressed students and participants.

    Vice-Rector Dr. Žalėnienė Welcomed New Crop of International Students

    Aug. 29th, 2017, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Vice-Rector for Research and Education Dr. Inga Žalėnienė welcomed a new crop of almost 200 international Erasmus+ and exchange students from more than 30 countries. In addition, 150 international Bachelor's and Master's Degree students began studies at MRU this week. Many students come from Ukraine (68) followed by France, Spain, Italy and Germany.

    Full of energy, ever-smiling Italian student Elisabetta Notaro is undertaking a 3-month Erasmus+ internship at the International Office of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU). She marvels at how green Vilnius truly is and how clean the city is - with little or not trash littering the sidewalks and streets. She was surprised by how "friendly" the employees at MRU are. "Before coming here, I didn't believe that it's a friendly environment to work," she said.

    Law, Science & Tech Joint PhD Student From Mexico Attending TI Summer School

    International joint PhD programme Law, Science and Technology student from Mexico Daniel Zavoleta Salinas is one of the more than 130 youth leaders from 70 countries attending the annual Transparency International (TI) Summer School on the MRU campus. A lawyer, Salinas is currently studying in the international PhD programme at the University of Turin, Italy. MRU is one of the six consortium partners implementing the PhD programme.
