From now on, during extended opening hours, the library can be accessed only through the glass doors from the University foyer and only with a valid student or staff ID card. The card must be activated the first time by the University security officer.
Students who plan to use the Grand Reading Room during extended hours and do not yet have a student ID card can order it here.
Extended opening hours of the Vilnius library:
Monday–Friday: 19:00–22:00
Saturday: 18:00–22:00
Sunday: 9:00–22:00
On public holidays, the library will not be open during extended hours.
Please note that during these hours other library spaces will not be accessible. If you need books from the Long-Term Reading Room or the Borrowing Collection, please take care of this in advance or use the after-hours book lending service. Â No consultations will be provided during extended hours.
