    Skalsa Vocal Group to Perform at "Linksminkimos" Folk Music Fest

    Nov. 25th, 2017, (Saturday), MRU's Skalsa Vocal Group will perform at the Student Folk Music Festival, "Linksminkimos 2017" at the Vilnius Dance Theater Hall (Kosciuškos g. 11).  The 10-member Skalsa Vocal Group will perform along with 16 other Lithuanian student folk groups.

    Moldova's Academics Visit for Training Week Nov. 6th-10th

    November 6th-10th, 2017, a delegation of academics from Moldova universities and higher education institutions are attending a Training Week seminar at Mykolas Romeris University (MRU). There were 21 academics visiting from half a dozen institutions of higher education. The event was co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (EU).

    Unique Young Mothers Photo Exhibit Opened at MRU

    October 30th, 2017, a unique photography exhibit featuring photos of women who gave birth at a young age, sometimes risking family and societal displeasure, opened in the first floor foyer of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU). Photographer Giedrė Šataitė has chronicled the lives of about a dozen young mothers pictured with their children. Šataitė herself became a mother at age 16.
