Prof. Jeffrey Arnett, chaired a symposium on "Emerging Adulthood in Europe" in Vilnius during the  24th Biennial Meeting of the International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD). Prof. Arnett, originator of the theory of emerging adulthood, discussed this social phenomenon.

    Graduation: Diplomas Awarded to BMS Graduates on Jan. 23rd

    Jan. 23rd, 2016, 139 graduates of the MRU Business and Media School (BMS) were awarded diplomas during graduation ceremonies. Of the 139, there were 55 Master's Degree graduates and a total of 18 international students that graduated. Top students, with perfect grade point averages, were Alexander Bakumenko from Russia and Laima Romberga from Latvia.

    Law Faculty Project 'Literature Ct' Proving Popular with Pupils

    MRU Law Faculty, together with the VAGA bookstore network, is presenting a unique 'Literature Court'  project for pupils whereby well-known characters from literature are put on trial. Already in the 6-part series characters from the books of  Albert Camus' 'Stranger' and William Shakespeare's 'Macbeth' have been put on trial. Some of the events are held at the   VAGA bookstore in the OZAS shopping center.
