About the Zumba workout and the head of training:

Zumba workouts are led by Dalė Maskoliūnienė who has a long-standing experience. Zumba – contagious workouts during which you will not only unwind but also better your physique! The training is dynamic, so you will never get bored – music and the pace of exercise is ever-changing. The segments of aerobics included in the training program interchange with the rhythms of highly popular dances in the world: salsa, cha-cha, reggaeton, cumbia, merengue, samba, hip-hop and tango.

These activities are held in Lithuanian language!
