Record Number of International Students Applied to Study @ MRU: Up by 84%

Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) received a record number of applications from international students, an increase by 84% compared to 2021. MRU seeks to attract the best and brightest students from all over the world. Application requirements were more strict this year and additional interviews were conducted with potential students. 

The most popular Bachelor's Degree programme was Global Business and Modern Marketing. The most popular Master's Degree programme was European Joint Master's in Social Work with Children and Youth (ESWOCHY) which is conducted with a host of other European universities.

Huge Number of Ukrainians Applied to Study at MRU

This year a record number of Ukrainian students applied to study at MRU - more than 540 students. This is up from the 76 Ukrainians that applied to study in 2021.

The most popular programmes among Ukrainians were Gaming and Digital Animation, Psychology and Law and Global Security.

The most popular Master"s Degree programmes among Ukrainian students applying to MRU were:  Mediation LL.M., Law and Technologies and European and International Business Law.
