We invite MRU researchers to use the opportunity to publish in hybrid and open access journals of international publishers free of charge or with APC discounts.
What is an APC?
APC (Article Processing Charge) is a publication fee for publishing open access articles, covering peer review, editing, and other publishing costs.
Opportunities in 2026
- Emerald Publishing – free publishing in hybrid journals (15 articles allocated for Lithuania; first come, first served).
- Oxford University Press – 3 free articles for MRU authors in hybrid and open access journals (15 articles allocated for Lithuania; first come, first served).
- Cambridge University Press – unlimited publishing in open access and hybrid journals.
- SAGE Publications – unlimited publishing in hybrid journals.
- Taylor & Francis – 50% APC discount for Gold Open Access journals.
- EIFL – additional APC discounts for Lithuanian authors (applicable to EIFL partner institutions).
