Students who wish to enrol in Bachelor or Master degree programmes should do the following:
- Fill out the Application Form
- Add anotarized copy of document proving results of the English language (for applicants to English taught study programs) proficiency or document of the Russian language (for applicants to Russian taught study programs) proficiency.
- Graduate students must submit notarized and by the government bodies confirmed copies of university transcript and diploma (a candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent first university degree with a minimum 3-year study duration)(1)
- Undergraduate students must submit notarized and by the government bodies confirmed copies of secondary education or high education diploma(1)
- Submit a certificate of your university (school) transcript and diploma evaluation in Lithuania (apply to Lithuanian Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education, Suvalku g. 1, LT-03105 Vilnius, Lithuania; http://www.skvc.lt) (2)
- Submit three photos
- Submit a copy of your passport or ID card
- Submit a certificate from a bank and notarized letter of guarantee from parents/sponsors along with a document about their financial abilities (present to Lithuania Embassy)
- Submit a bank transfer confirmation of Application Fee of 65 EUR addressed to Mykolas Romeris University (non-refundable) (3)
All documents must be translated in to the Lithuanian or English language. Only applicants who have submitted all the required documents will be considerated for acceptance to the university.
Application documents must be sent by post addressed to Mykolas Romeris University, Directorate for International Relations and Studies (Director: Mrs Gedrutė Račienė, Ateities St. 20, LT-08303 Vilnius, Lithuania; study@mruni.eu ).

1) N.B. Documents witnessing education acquired abroad are subject to legalization, if they have been issued in the state having not acceded to the 1961 Hague Convention concerning abolition of legalization requirements of documents issued in foreign countries, or approved by "Apostille" if they have been issued in the state having acceded to the above mentioned Convention. Consular legalization of a document is a consular officer's certification that a signature, a seal and duties of the undersigned individual on a document are genuine. Legalization is necessary to allow documents issued in one country to be accepted and used by institutions of other countries.
Postgraduate students must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent first university degree lasting a minimum of 3 years. Undergraduate students must have secondary education degree or high education degree.
YOUR DOCUMENTS CANNOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT APOSTILLE OR CONSULAR LEGISLATION (depending on your country of origin)!!!

N.B. Taking into account that assessment of foreign qualification is time consuming, a student can be conditionally admitted to Mykolas Romeris university before the Center for Quality Assessment in Higher Education issues the decision. In case the applicants’ qualification does not fulfill the requirements he/she will be expelled without reimbursing the tuition fee for the first semester.

Application deadline and important notices
Deadline of Application with aforementioned required documents is May 31, 2010.
Please make sure your application is complete, and carries all requested documents. All documents must be translated into the English language. Translations must be legally confirmed.
Application documents must be sent by post addressed to Mykolas Romeris University Directorate for International Relations and Studies of (International Admissions, Ateities g. 20, LT-08303 Vilnius, Lithuania).
Students from countries with visa requirements should be aware of the time required to obtain a visa. Information can be obtained from Lithuanian Consular Offices. Especially for these students, it is in their interest to send us the complete application as soon as possible.
To be admitted, students from non-EU countries must submit an “Affidavit of Support” or “Engagement de Prise en Charge”, to be delivered by the Lithuanian Embassy or Lithuanian Consulate General of their home country.
