Project duration: from 2022-05-01 to 2024-04-30

Project object: supporting targeted training for insolvency practitioners on how to implement EU law in practice, to make them aware of the opportunities offered by EU law and to help them to trust each other in order to make cross-border cooperation and cases more effective. The project aims to develop and deliver innovative blended training courses tailored to the specific needs of insolvency practitioners and to the need of each EU Member State for a highly skilled insolvency practitioner community that can contribute to the effective implementation of EU insolvency law, in particular in the field of restructurings (formal and informal), fresh starts and the rule of law in the EU.

The project is being implemented together with representatives of Lithuanian, Latvian and Czech universities: associations of insolvency practitioners and the state insolvency administrations of LT and LV.

The project is funded by the European Commission under the JUST-2021-JTRA programme.
