October 21st, 2015, Vilnius painter Simonas Gutauskas opened his art exhibition in the foyer of the Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Library.

The bright, clear, playful colours pulsating with an energy all their own, draw the viewer to admire the unique colour combinations that have become a signature of this famous Vilnius painter.

The created art works live in a separate world, dictated by mystery and an outer beauty all its own.

The themes of painter Gutauskas center on the existence of man, the roles of our social times, the fate of the individual and civilization itself.

It was organized by MRU Librarian Kristina Vaitonienė.
