May 13th, 2016, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Algirdas Monkevičius and Vice-Rector for Research & International Relations Dr. Inga Žalėnienė met with MRU affiliated Lecturer Dr. Ray Smith.

According to the Feb. 29th, 2016 Order of MRU's Senate, No. 1SN-18, Dr. Ray Smith was granted the status of MRU Affiliated Lecturer for a 5-year period for activities implementing research and studies development at the University and cooperation with partners.

From the fall semester, Dr. Ray Smith, by way of invitation of the MRU Business Innovations Laboratory, sucessfully implemented personal and professional leadership skills studies, "Transforming Manager to Leader: Ownership in a 21st Century Business.“
