Mykolas Romeris University's (MRU) Student Body (MRUSA) event, "MRU Naktis" has been nominated as the Best Student Event of the Year in a competition sponsored by the Lithuanian Student Association (LSS) and the news website portal, DELFI.

Another student, MRU's Kamilė Kasparavičiūtė, has been nominated in the "Student Athlete of the Year" category. She is Lithuania's kokushi karate champion and won many prizes.
