Stanford University has published the latest profiles of the world's top 2% most cited researchers in science, according to Scopus' September 2023 author profiles. Professor Paulo Alexandre Da Silva Pereira of the Faculty of Public Management and Business and head of the Environmental Management Research laboratory at Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) has made the list.

The MRU professor has been named among the top 2% most cited researchers in the world this year and throughout his scientific career.

This prestigious award is a testimony of the outstanding contribution of the scholar to the research he conducts in his scientific field. The results of innovative research not only enrich the global academic landscape, but also inspire fellow scientists for future work and achievements.

In the Highly Cited Researchers 2020 report by the bibliographic citation information database “Clarivate“, Prof. Paulo Alexandre Da Silva Pereira was ranked among the top 1% of the world's most highly cited researchers.

According to the results of the Lithuanian Research Council's annual assessment for 2020, publications of the scientist are among the top 10% most cited publications in the world.
