European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, invites university staff to participate in the international Staff Training Days 2026, taking place on September 28–30, 2026.

The three-day event is designed for staff working in International Offices and university administration who are interested in exploring the application of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in higher education administration.

The training is jointly organised by the DUHN and ERUA teams. The programme will include practical workshops, expert presentations, and peer-learning sessions focusing on the use of AI tools in administrative processes, International Office activities, and broader university management contexts.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into current digitalisation trends, discover practical AI solutions, discuss opportunities and challenges related to technology integration, and exchange experiences with colleagues from other institutions across Europe.

Applications are open until 30 June 2026.
