Purpose: to prepare students for academic and professional success in multicultural environments
About the Seminar
This intensive course focuses on stress management, effective learning techniques, time management, soft skills for today’s job market, and legal aspects of youth employment. The program includes interactive workshops led by experts and fosters intercultural dialogue, peer learning, and inclusive practices.
Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:
- apply effective stress and time management strategies in academic life
- identify and implement tailored learning techniques
- understand key soft skills demanded by the European job market
- navigate basic legal aspects of youth employment and student work rights
- explore internships, traineeships, and employment opportunities across Europe
- communicate and collaborate effectively in multicultural, multilingual settings
- reflect on personal strengths, values, and professional goals
Application Process
To apply, submit:
- Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)
- Cover letter in English (max. 1 page)
- English proficiency certificate (B2 or above) or a confirmation letter from your home university
Accepted students may request funding for travel and accommodation through their home university’s ERUA office.
