Organization Researchers Began Workshops on Research Journal Writing Oct. 27th

October 27th-28th, 2016, more than 20 young researchers from 12 CEE countries participated in the PDW, "Challenges in Managing and Organizing Processes of Change" hosted by Mykolas Romeris University (MRU), Vilnius, Lithuania.

It was organized by EGOS, the European Group for Organizational Studies and the journal, Organization Studies, with collaboration of the OMT division of AOM.

Participants presented extended abstracts and purposefully discussed how their research idea might be developed further and what they should take into account for a successful publication.

To achieve this, a group of mentors supported them with substantially leading comments and suggestions.

The mentors team included: Katharina Chudzikowski, EGOS Board Member, University of Bath, UK; Mike Geppert, Vice-Chair of EGOS, Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, Germany; Frank den Hond, Editor-in-Chief, Organization Studies (OS), Hanken School of Economics, Finland; Thomas Steger, Editor-in-Chief, Journal of East European Management Studies (JEEMS), University of Regensburg, Germany; Silviya Svejenova, Chair of EGOS, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark; and Loreta Tauginienė, Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania.
