Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) is 4th in the Lithuanian Student Sports Association rankings among all Lithuanian institutions of higher education with 26 medals won by MRU athletes during the 2022-2023 academic year.

University student athletes won 10 gold and 8 silver as well as 8 bronze medals - for a total of 26 medals in Lithuanian Student Sports Association-organized championships. A total of 110 MRU athletes took part in the competitions.
