European Reform University Alliance (ERUA) and University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS, Poland) would like to invite all students to participate in the second session of Virtual Opportunities to Meet and Study Together, which will be dedicated to the topic of “Wellbeing in the era of the climate crisis”.
This student-led online meeting offers an opportunity to connect with peers across the ERUA alliance, study together, and engage in meaningful discussion on a shared and timely academic theme.
As a part of an ongoing initiative, this session provides a dedicated virtual space for students to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas within an international, interdisciplinary framework. Developed for students and led by students, the program aims to cultivate an inclusive environment that champions peer-to-peer learning and active engagement across all ERUA partner universities.
The upcoming session will examine the impact of the climate crisis on both individual and collective wellbeing, addressing its mental, emotional, and social dimensions. By integrating personal reflection with academic inquiry, participants will explore how university communities can effectively respond to these multifaceted challenges.
When and where?
The meeting will take place online on 15 January 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Lithuanian time (5:00 to 6:00 p.m. (CET)).
The session will follow a semi-guided format, with discussion questions and thematic prompts prepared by the student organisers to support open dialogue and collaborative learning.
