On 12 December 2025, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) turned ERUA Day 2025 into more than a formal celebration – it became a vibrant, student-driven experience. One of the key highlights of the day was a series of student-led activities that brought the ERUA community together through open dialogue, shared experiences, and new connections.
The activity “Speed Friending: Intercultural Exchange” attracted particular interest, transforming the classroom into a dynamic meeting space. Through short but meaningful conversations, participants connected with peers from different cultural backgrounds, shared study and mobility experiences, and reflected on cultural differences as well as the values that unite the ERUA community across Europe.
More than a networking format, the activity allowed students to experience ERUA values in practice – diversity, openness, and community. At the same time, students gained hands-on experience as event creators, planning activities, moderating discussions, and shaping an inclusive environment where every participant felt welcome.
ERUA Day 2025 at MRU once again demonstrated that ERUA is not just an alliance, but a living community, where meaningful connections are built through people, ideas, and shared experiences.
