Prof. M. Römeris left behind a diverse scientific legacy. His monographs are particularly valuable: "Representation and Mandate", "Administrative Court", "Constitutional and Judicial Law", "Lectures on Lithuanian Constitutional Law", "The State and Its Constitutional Law". He wrote a great deal of scientific literature, as there was a huge shortage of it. When he started teaching at the university, there were no law textbooks, so students had to learn from lecture notes, and he himself had to prepare intensively for lectures by reading foreign literature. At first, he felt uncomfortable speaking Lithuanian during lectures because he sometimes couldn't express himself accurately, his prepare lecture notes - were like a saving ring for him.
