The timetables are based on the data provided by the lecturer in the Questionnaire for scheduling, which can be found by logging in via the Instituto/dėstytojo darbo vieta (Institute/Lecturer’s workplace), under Information for and about lecturers. Attention! When completing the Questionnaire, you must indicate the days, times and months when you will be unable to teach.

You can log in here with your University-provided email address and password. If you have any questions, please contact the Academic Affairs Centre’s Digital Learning Unit at skss@mruni.eu.
Where can I find the ground rules for assessing learning outcomes?
The rules for the assessment of learning outcomes are set out in the MRU Learning Outcomes Assessment Policy.
Course grade – what does it consist of?
Final grade = exam grade + cumulative mark. The course description specifies which midterm assessments a student must complete and their percentage weighting. The midterm assessments (e.g. presentation, written work, situation analysis, control test, colloquium) are used to assess the learning outcomes set out in the course outline.
The student’s share of the cumulative mark is usually 50-60% of the final grade. The proportions are set by the lecturer and must be specified in the course plan at the beginning of the semester.
Entering grades – where and when to enter them?
Grades are entered via the e-Gradebook, which can be accessed by logging in through the IS Studijos Instituto/dėstytojo darbo vieta (Institute/Lecturer workspace) under Informacija dėstytojams ir apie dėstytojus (Information for and about lecturers) and selecting the menu item Žiniaraštis (Gradebook). Final grades should be entered no later than 5 days after the examination. More detailed instructions can be found in the Lecturer’s Memo 2025-2026 > Basic rules for the assessment of learning outcomes.
Where to mark student attendance?
Attendance is marked according to the Faculty’s procedure depending on the programme of study, but it is best to check with the Chair of the Course Committee before the start of the semester whether attendance at seminars is compulsory. You can use the Moodle tool Attendance (see instructions).
Where can I find student feedback on the quality of teaching?
Lecturers (except those in their first year at MRU) can check how students rate the quality of their teaching. You can find the student survey data by logging in through the Institute/teacher’s workplace, in the section Information for and about lecturers, selecting the menu item – Studentų atsiliepimai apie Jūsų dėstytus dalykus (Student feedback on your teaching), and with the lecturer’s password logging in to the survey questionnaires and selecting the Questionnaire regarding the quality of teaching the subject of the studies (you will find the data of the survey for Lithuanian speaking students) and the Questionnaire regarding the quality of teaching the subject of the studies (you will find the data of the survey for English speaking students) in the section My reports.
