May 26th, 2021, 9:45 a.m. the international scientific-practical conference on Public Administration Changes, "Public Sector Activities in the Context of the Pandemic: Challenges and Trends" will be held online.

The conference is organised by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, the Excellence Network of Public Governance, the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, MRU's Faculty of Public Governance and Business and the General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania.

At 10:00 a.m., Seimas Committee on State Administration and Local Authorities Chair Ričardas Juška will give the Welcome Address along with Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania Agnė Bilotaitė.

At 10:10 a.m., University of Pittsburgh Prof. Guy Peters will make a presentation, "Governing in a Time of COVID: The Good, the Bad, and the Normal."
