April 11th, 2022, 17:00 hrs., there will be a remote discussion, "Ukraine's War Refugees' Children in Lithuania: Experience and Challenges."

MRU Prof. Dr. Jolanta Urbanovič notes that there are already more than 40,000 war refugees from Ukraine in Lithuania. Of this number, - about 20,000 are youth and children. Lithuania's education system has the responsibility to offer them educational opportunities that meet their needs.  In organizing the education of Ukrainian children there are many questions and the discussion aims to try to find answers to some of the questions.

The meeting – is a discussion organized by MRU students and alumni club in cooperation with the Education Research and Innovation Institute. 

The discussion will focus on organizing education of Ukrainian children of refugees and to determine possible organizational methods.
