On 18th of December, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) hosted a farewell event for incoming exchange students who are ending their mobility in Lithuania. The event brought together students and members of the International Office to mark the end of an important chapter and the beginning of a new one.

The gathering took place in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with cupcakes and a variety of snacks adding to the celebratory mood. Students had the chance to spend time together, reflect on their experiences at MRU, and share their excitement and expectations for the upcoming semester.

One of the highlights of the evening was the distribution of light-hearted awards that celebrated memorable moments from the students’ time at the university. Categories such as “Best Netflix Addict“, “Best Chef“, and other fun titles brought laughter and created a sense of closeness among participants, making the farewell both meaningful and memorable.

Representatives of the International Office congratulated the incoming students on successfully completing their studies at our university and on their decision to participate in the exchange programme. They highlighted international mobility as a valuable experience that enriches academic knowledge, broadens cultural horizons, and fosters personal growth, encouraging students to make the most of this unique opportunity.
