Special attention was devoted to research methodology and interdisciplinary approaches. Discussions focused on how comparative analysis, economic reasoning, and artificial intelligence can enrich legal scholarship and foster more innovative legal thinking.
“The visiting professorship at Mykolas Romeris University was a great pleasure and inspiration. I particularly enjoyed the focus on research methodology. Together with colleagues and students, we discussed economic and comparative methods in legal research as well as the role of artificial intelligence in legal scholarship. I am very grateful to Professor Virginijus Bitė for organising the stay and to Associate Professor Remigijus Jokubauskas for hosting the session on corporate insolvency law,” said Professor Felix Steffek.
