From August 25 to 29, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) will host the traditional “Exchange Students Introductory Week” – a warm welcome for international students beginning their studies in the Autumn semester. This year, MRU will welcome approximately 200 exchange students from universities across Europe and beyond.
These international guests bring a unique opportunity to enrich the MRU academic community through cross-cultural interactions, fresh perspectives, and global exchanges.
At the same time, MRU is encouraging its own students to prepare for international experiences: in September, the university will hold a selection process for studies abroad under Erasmus+ and other exchange programmes. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to study at partner universities during the Spring semester of 2026. You can find more information here.
International exchange goes far beyond simply diversifying the study environment. It fosters personal growth, broader cultural understanding, enhanced academic skills, and opens doors to international career paths.
MRU takes pride in its growing inclusivity and global outlook. Incoming and outgoing exchange students alike contribute to creating a vibrant, open, and inspiring educational environment in Vilnius.
