Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) will mark the end of the 2025 academic year with grandeur – official graduation ceremonies will be held on June 26–27. Over the course of two days, hundreds of bachelor's, master's, and professional studies graduates will receive their diplomas.

This year’s ceremonies are special. MRU graduates will don newly designed academic gowns, and for the first time, graduates from MRU's Sudovian Academy in Marijampolė will officially join the university's alumni community. This new academic division is an important hub for studies and research, contributing added value not only to the academic community but also to the entire Sūduva region.

During the ceremonies, graduates will be congratulated and presented with diplomas by Vice-Rectors Prof. Dr. Natalija Kaminskienė, Dr. Eglė Malinauskienė, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saulius Spurga, as well as faculty deans, social partners, and other distinguished guests.

“Every diploma is not only a symbol of achievement but also a commitment to shaping a responsible, just, and progressive society. I wish all our graduates the courage to move forward, to keep their thirst for knowledge alive, and never forget their roots – the university that will always welcome them back,” said MRU Rector Prof. Dr. Inga Žalėnienė.

Each ceremony will be filled with festive spirit, heartfelt moments, and meaningful traditions – from formal speeches to the symbolic cap tassel turn, marking the transition from student to graduate.
