MRU Data Cloud, or MRU Research Data Storage Infrastructure

MRU Data Cloud is the digital infrastructure of Mykolas Romeris University designed for the secure storage, management, and sharing of research and work-related data. The system is based on the open-source Nextcloud platform and is hosted on the University’s servers, ensuring a high level of data security and compliance with European Union data protection requirements.

MRU Data Cloud enables members of the University community to efficiently organise and manage documents and research data, collaborate on research, projects, and study-related activities, and ensure secure and reliable data storage.

Data Storage
The system enables users to securely store various types of documents and research data within the University’s infrastructure, ensuring their accessibility and protection.

File Sharing
Users can share files and folders with colleagues within the University or with external project partners, while defining appropriate access permissions and conditions of use.
