On 1 October, the Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) community is invited to join the ERUA Cleanup Day, bringing together students, staff and other members of the university community for a shared environmental action.

We will meet at 2:30 p.m. on 1 October at the entrance to the MRU Central Building. From there, we will head out together to clean up the university surroundings in Vilnius and contribute to a cleaner and more welcoming shared environment.

MRU’s Cleanup Day is part of the ERUA Cleanup Days, a joint initiative of the European Reform University Alliance (ERUA), bringing university communities together across Europe throughout September and October to care for their surroundings, volunteer and strengthen connections with local communities.

This autumn’s ERUA Cleanup Days are taking place from 21 September to 16 October, with MRU joining the common initiative on 1 October.

The ERUA Cleanup Days highlight everyday environmental responsibility and show how local actions can become part of a shared effort across European university communities.
