European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI) Meeting Held in Slovakia

Oct. 5-7th, 2016,a partners meeting of the first international development project, "European Network for Academic Integrity" (ENAI) was held in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The project is implemented for a 3-year period. There was 280,000 Eur financing allocated according to the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships programme.

Mykolas Romeris University (MRIU) is responsible for the project part dealing with academic integrity, self-evaluations for students, lecturers and researchers, departments and organizations as well as developing an academic integrity terms' dictionary.

MRU Assoc. Prof. Dr. Loreta Tauginienė, an Academic Ethics Centre researcher and MRU Lifelong Learning Laboratory member, is in charge of the aforementioned research.

Other Academic Ethics Centre lecturers include: Lecturer Inga Gaižauskaitė, who is a member of the Sociological Laboratory and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jolanta Urbanovič, Head of the Lifelong Learning Laboratory.

In May 2019, Mykolas Romeris University will organize and host an International conference to discuss academic integrity.

Now ENAI is inviting researchers to present papers for the upcoming conference, "Plagiarism Across Europe and Beyond," which will be held May 24-26th in Brno, Czech Republic.
