Deputy director Gintarė Žemaitaitienė participates in Visegrad Summer School 16 in Cracow


Did you have a question what teachers do in summer? There is the answer. Most of them still work and travel for different educational purposes. July 2- 15 Institute of Communication deputy director and associate professor dr. Gintarė Žemaitaitienė participates in Visegrad Summer School 16 in Cracow, Poland.
The Visegrad Summer School is a unique cultural and educational programme catering for students, graduates, young researchers and journalists from the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary as well as other Central and East European countries. Given its international, macro-regional and regional dimension, the initiative is aimed at promoting a positive image of the region on an international scale alongside the promotion of the intellectual and cultural heritage of Czech, Polish, Slovak and Hungarian societies.
This year summer school welcomes almost 50 participants from 13 different countries. Program consists of lectures, workshops, debates, cultural visits to exhibitions, museums and exclusive meetings with different experts. To read more about summer school please visit
