    MRU hosts media students from Kiel

    Group of 15 students from the University Of Applied Sciences Of Kiel (Fachhochshule Kiel), Germany, are paying a visit to MRU  Institute of Communication.Their mainly interested to learn more about modern information conflicts. Program of the stay of the group includes: meeting at the MRU‘s security research lab; visit to the headquarters of the Border Guard Service of the Vilnius region and to the Lithuanian-Belarus border check point at Lavoriškės; meeting with Mantas Adomėnas, member of Lithuanian Parliament; tour of the KGB museum.

    MRU Rector and CI Dean participated in International Conference: Pivot to Asia - Challenges Oct. 24th-25th

    Oct. 24th-25th, 2019, the international conference, Pivot to Asia: Challenges and Opportunities was held at the Palace of the Grand Dukes. MRU Rector Prof. Inga Žalėnienė addressed participants. While later CI Dean V. Valentinavičius moderated discussion devoted to the significance of cultural exchanges in cooperation with Asia.
