Sustainable Development of the State under Globalisation Conditions

Sustainable Development of the State under Globalization programme is aimed at carrying out interdisciplinary research on environmental protection, social and economic sustainability, societal development under globalization conditions. 

Research Areas:

  • Sustainable national development including efficient resource allocation, ecological and competitive economy.
  • Obstacles and incentives behind sustainable economic development including state budget (income and expenditure) rationalization and optimization, and seizing opportunities for innovations and economic development.
  • Projecting national and regional development opportunities in global environment including knowledge regions, ecosystems, environmental protection and damage prevention, conflict resolution, ecologic-economic assessment of protected environmental and cultural territories, alternative energy sources.
  • Management of service and trade transformations and promotion of sustainable consumption including new business and  SMEs development, legal business regulation, public administration, organizational, national and municipal management, networking, development of human resource potential.
