International Trade (Graduate)


Why this study programme?

The International Trade study programme is oriented to business practice. The aim of the International Trade Master’s Programme is to educate business professionals with special knowledge and skills, able to identify and urgent problems of international trade and services, to apply different methods of world trading system analysis, to constantly upgrade their skills and integrate knowledge from other scientific fields. The graduates will  also be able to independently evaluate the changes of international trade and services import/export volume, to identify the peculiarities of the international business development trends in the European Union and global area.

Entry requirements

  • Graduates of university bachelor's studies in any study field can apply to this programme;
  • English language proficiency - the level not lower than B2 (following the Common Framework of Reference for Language approved by the Council of Europe). Distant English language level test is organized for those, who do not possess IELTS or TOEFL certificates.

International mobility possibilities

Students can participate in ERASMUS+ mobility programme which gives a possibility to study at a university abroad for 1 or 2 semesters and do internship in another country.

Career prospects

The graduates will be able to work in national and international companies as well as governmental agencies at middle and high level management dealing with export, import, transit and international trade and services; they will be employed in the consultancy business dealing with insights and implementation of innovative methods in management areas and also to creat business enterprise.

International Trade Master studies was very useful for both, scientific and practical, senses. These studies helped not only to expand the theoretical knowledge for further studies in PHD degree, but also to gain new practical skills what are necessary in professional field. During my studies I had possibility to get know better global-scale international trade trends, realities of today, ongoing changes and it influencing factors and to learn how to analyze that information and apply it to my business environment. While studying I was also given useful information relevant to business development, for example I was able to pay attention into the e.commerce regulation and proper development directions, nuances of logistics, marketing elements, and so on.
