susitikimas-su-utrechto-universiteto-studentais-0461 April 19th, 2018, a group of about 40 Utrecht University Psychology students visited Mykolas Romeris University (MRU). They toured MRU's campus and met fellow students at MRU's Psychology Institute.

During the visit, students from Utrecht listened as five MRU Psychology students discussed their experiences earlier this year in the intensive Erasmus+ strategic partnership project INSIDE programme, "Support for Youth Identities in Diverse Europe", in Cluj Napoca at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania.

Afterwards, students from both universities discussed Psychology studies in universities in Lithuania and the Netherlands.

One of the students was Ilk Nur Karakecili from Turkey, who is heading MRU's International Student Association (ISA), and working towards her Bachelor's Degree.

She was one of the 5 MRU students that attended the 2-week course in Cluj, Romania in March 2018. The course provided an in-depth focus on challenges to identity formation in the modern world.

Students from not only Lithuania, but also from France, Italy, Poland and Romania attended.

The aim of the project was to help university students, teachers, researchers and youth workers to carry out identity-related research with youth in order to facilitate identity development among diverse groups of youth in Europe.

The project is implemented by MRU (coordinator, Lithuania), University of Bologna (Italy), Babeș-Bolyai University (Romania), University of Bordeaux (France), Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw (Poland) and the Tolerant Youth Association (Lithuania).
