Feb. 10-29th, 2020, a group of 14 students from Kiev's National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine were at Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) to attend lectures.

Public Governance Dean Prof. Dr. Vainius Smalskys welcomed the students, who are fluent in English.

They spent more than 2 weeks attending lectures in Public Administration and familiarizing themselves with not only MRU's campus, but also Vilnius.
