Romanas Borisovas Watercolour Exhibition Opened at MRU

Aug. 23rd, 2017 painter Romanas Borisovas opened his watercolour exhibition, "That's My View: European Culture Through the Prism of Ruins" (TAIP AŠ ŽIŪRIU) in the 2nd foyer lobby exhibition area of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU).

Students are invited to go view the 68-year-old painter's works of art.

Author, journalist Vidmantas Valiušaitis notes that Borisovas' works of art leave an impression because he goes against the stream, against the dominant tendencies that are dominant in today's contemporary art scene.

Borisovas is a member of Lithuania's Artists' Association (LDS) since 1983.

He has exhibited his works of art not only in Berlin, Germany, but also in Lemont, Illinois, U.S.A,, as well as Nida in the Curoninan Spit and the Library of the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU).

The current exhibition will be displayed at MRU through September 2017.
