Nov. 9th, 2018, the VIII Organisational and Business Psychology Conference, "Psychologists in Organisations" was held at the MRU LAB (Didlaukio g. 55).
The Conference sought answers as to how companies evaluate employees, how employees feel about getting evaluated and whether evaluations are a motivating factor.
Various company representatives, psychologists shared their experiences and insights.
The Conference was organised by MRU's Psychology Institute's Business Psychology Master's Degree studies programme committee along with the Vilnius University Labour Organisation Psychology Dept, the Vytautas Magnus University's Psychology Dept. and Lithuania's Psychology Association's Organisation Psychology Committee.
