ilysjuozas January 10th, MRU Constitutional Law Dept. Professor Juozas Žilys is quoted in an article on the news website DELFI.lt. He comments on the European Court of Human Rights' recent decision that impeached President Rolandas Paksas' ban to participate in parliament elections was unproportional and how it could help others in a similiar position.
