Nov. 15th, 2018, Lithuania's National Olympic Committee President and IOC member Daina Gudzinevičiūtė visited MRU.

She discussed the work and activities of Lithuania's National Olympic Committee, financing, education, athlete testing for drugs, and the upcoming Sports Film Festival in Vilnius.

Gudzinevičiūtė was recently elected to an 8-year term on the International Olympic Committee, (1 of about 100 members) and is the only IOC member from the Baltics and Baltic region.

The lecture was part of a lecture series for students titled, "12 Lectures, Which Turn You On. ("12 paskaitų. kurios veža.")
