  • "Skalsa" Dancers Performed in Spanish Resort Lloret de Mar

    May 3rd, MRU folk dancing troupe "Skalsa" dancers returned to MRU, after a whirlwind performance tour in Spain where they performed April 28th in the Spanish resort town of Lloret de Mar, 75 km from Barcelona.   • MRU's Choir Performed at Festival of Sacred Music

    April 21-22nd, MRU's Academic Choir participated in the XIII International Festival of Sacred Music, „Džiūgaukim... Aleliuja" held in Marijampolė. The choir performed in the Lazdijų Cultural Hall and presented a solo programme as well as in the Marijampolė City Square and in the Marijampolė Church.

  • Evangelical Lutheran Bishop Sabutis Visited MRU

    March 27th, Evangelical Lutheran Bishop Mindaugas Sabutis visited MRU and met with students and staff. With the coming of Easter, Bishop Sabutis discussed suffering and its meaning in the life of today's people. The visit was organized by MRU chaplain Father Povilas Narijauskas.
