• MRU Graduate, Lawyer Blaževičienė Displays Her Works of Art

    Mykolas Romeris University Law graduate and now Kaunas attorney Inga Blaževičienė has taken up painting. After she broke her leg in 2014 she found she had some spare time on her hands. Encouraged by an artist friend, she began to paint. The results, 20 paintings, are on display for all to see at MRU.

  • "Skalsa" Folk Dancers and Ritingo Performed Nov. 18th

    Nov. 18th, 2015, MRU's Folk Dancing Group "Skalsa" members and Folklore Ensemble "Ritingo" performed in concert for MRU community members on campus. The performance was organized by MRU's Cultural Activities Center.

  • Photo Exhibit Depictng Scenes of Vilnius Opened Sept. 25th

    September 25th, 2015, in MRU's Rotunda Hall, the photography exhibit, "Jovita and Michael Pretzsch" featuring scenes of Vilnius, opened. Mr. Pretzsch been taking photographs for about 20 years. His companion, Jovita, is also a photographer.

    International students are invited to join Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Choir,  Theatre, "Skalsa" Folk Dance or other groups to act, sing, dance. There is no fee for joining or taking part in the activities.

  • Motiejūnaitė-Bokša Art Exhibition Opened

    Feb. 12th, 2015, artist Danė Motiejūnaitė Bokša opened her exhibition of paintings, "Dreaming On," on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Mykolas Romeris University's (MRU) II wing. The 63-year-old artist was introduced by MRU Prof. Eugenija Martinaitytė, whose paintings have also been exhibited at MRU.

  • MRU Theatre Performed at Holocaust Memorial Event Feb. 10th

    Feb. 10th, marking the Holocaust, the Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) Theatre performed "Vilnius Ghetto," a play directed by MRU Theatre Head Julius Dautartas. Israel's Ambassador Amir Maimon attended the Holocaust memorial event. The MRU String Quartet performed for participants.
