HEPSEU
Since 1st of May library has subscription to Higher Education Programmes and Scholarships in European Countries database HEPSEU. It is the only and overall European source of information and reference directory covering the information on more than 100 000 higher education programmes (Bachelors, Masters, Doctorates) in European Countries and on more than 1.5 million scholarships, grants available for these programmes.
Oxford Scholarship Online
Library has started subscription to Oxford Scholarship Online. Library provides access to the full text of Oxford academic monographs in the following subject areas: Economics & Finance, Political Science, Psychology, Law and Business & Management.
Vilnius Gabijos Gymnasium Graduates Exhibit Works of Art
Marking National Library Week, graduates of the Vilnius Gabijos Gymnasium, have displayed their works of art in the ground floor lobby of MRU's Library.

The colourful exhibit awaits all who visit the Library!Exhibit Features Chili Peppers & Photos from Mexico
April 23rd-29th, National Library Week, "Library: Click Like!" events was held at Mykolas Romeris University.
One of the main exhibits marking Library Week is photos and various types of chili peppers from Mexico. They are souvenirs that MRU Sr. Librarian Jurgita Kukytė brought back from her 2011 July trip to Mexico. She visited the Mexican cities of Tulum, Distrito Federal, Taxco, and Cancun. Kukytė said the exhibit contains a beater that makes chocolate foam, a doll created from corn husks and five different types of chili peppers.
Books donated by the Embassy of India
Books about India, donated by the Embassy of India, are now available in MRU Library's Mini-Reading Room (I-012). Students can check out books and take them home for study and reading.

HEDBIB
Mykolas Romeris University as a member of International Association of Universities (IAU) is granted an access to International Bibliographic Database on Higher Education HEDBIB. The database is compiled and maintained by the IAU and contains over 36,500 references on higher education.
Login information.EZproxy
Up to December 31, 2012 library offers remote access to the subscribed databases by EZproxy system. EZproxy allows the use of the subscribed databases outside the University campus.
If you are University lecturer, please, use the same login information as to computers at University campus to connect to the system. If you are a student, please, use your MRU email’s name and password as login information.
Subscription of EBSCO eBook Collection
From the 1st of March Mykolas Romeris University library starts subscription of EBSCO eBook Collection. EBSCO offers growing eBooks collection representing a broad spectrum of subject categories and comprised of more than 300 000 eBooks. Ebooks can be accessed through the EBSCO platform.

Lecturers' Reading Room for University Academics
MRU's Lecturers' Reading Room is in the Central building's 2nd floor. This reading room is dedicated to University academics and researchers. There are 21 work stations of which 11 are equipped with computers. There is possibility to connect your laptops to the Internet. Also, you can scan, print and copy necessary documents free of charge. The Reading Room has all the latest publications, and the basic necessary books for study and conducting research in various scientific areas. Next to the Reading Room in the foyer, you can find copies of the most recent newspapers. For your convenience, there are individual lockers for you to place your personal belongings. The Lecturers' Reading Room is on the 2nd floor, at CI-209.

Book Return Box at Library
Forget standing in long lines to return a book at the library. Now you can just drop the book in the book return box near the entrance to the library, even when the library is closed. Leave your books here! The returned books will be registered as "returned" in the computer the following working day. This service is only offered in the Library's main building (Ateities str. 20).
