Visiting Lecturer from Estonia’s TUT Lectured to Master’s Degree Students

Sept. 19th-23rd, 2016, Estonia's Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) Chair of Personnel Development, Dept. of Industrial Psychology Assoc. Prof., Mario Martinez Corcoles lectured to MRU Work and Organisational Psychology Master's Degree 2nd year students. Last week Work and Organisational Psychology Master's students finished an intensive Consultancy and Counselling in Work and Organisational Psychology course which was taught by MRU's Ugnė Juodytė and Assoc Prof. Martinez-Corcoles. The Visiting Lecturer joined Juodytė for the last week of the course and lectured for five days. The last day of this course ended with a practical exercise. During the second day of his visit, the lecturer contacted students by e-mail as a “client” and students communicating with him were supposed to prepare for the first meeting with the “client”. The meeting occurred on Sept. 23rd, Friday night. Two students groups and two meetings, about an hour in length, were held. Both groups did well and succeeded. As Visiting Lecturer Assoc. Prof. Martinez-Corcoles pointed out, they were performing as a real team. He was the the first Visiting Lecturer from Tallinn, according to MRU Joint Work and Organisational Psychology Programme Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Antanas Valantinas.
