Sleek, Elegant, Shiny MRU LAB Fits in on Dynamic Campus
Events

As the sleek, shiny MRU LAB throws open its doors in September to Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) students, researchers and academics, the elegant structure is a delight for the eyes.

Distinct with open spaces, lots of light and very bright, the MRU LAB pulsates with energy - a true reflection of the dynamic nature of the MRU campus.

MRU LAB serves as a bridge between researchers, who will work at the almost two dozen laboratories, with students as well as the local community in Vilnius.

Begun June 17th, 2014, it took about a year to build, furnish and fully decorate the 4-story research facility.

The Open Area on the first floor will serve as a venue for conferences, seminars and meetings.

September 24th, 2015, MRU's first conference, SOCIN 2015, was held in the MRU LAB building.

MRU's Research and Innovation Support Centre including the Projects Office, the Research Quality & Analysis Office, the Research Communication Office, the Doctoral School and the Knowledge & Technology Transfer Office will have offices in the MRU LAB building.

MRU Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Prof. Inga Žalėnienė heads the Research and Innovation Support Centre.

There will be a total of 19 laboratories located in the MRU LAB.
