May 5th, 2016, marking the 4th birthday of MRU's Business and Media School (BMS), three student directors took over.

One of them was BMS current Bachelor's Degree Business Informatics student Ivane Gabaidze from Georgia.

"I will present plans to improve BMS," he said, but refused to divulge any part of his recommendations before the birthday celebrations.

The other directors were: Kindness Chisom Aniogbo from Nigeria and Eglė Mikeliūnaitė.

BMS Head Prof. Gintaras Aleknonis has agreed to relinquish duties for a day to allow the 3 students to take over his post.

Gabaidze, who is in his 2nd year of studies at MRU, said he enrolled at MRU after a friend recommended the University.

So far everything is "great," said the Georgian student who enjoys the traditional potato dish, cepelinai, popular in Lithuania.

I'm picky about what I like to eat, said the 21-year-old student, but said he likes the fatty cepelinai.

In fact, he added that he likes "everything here in Vilnius" including the environment, the MRU green park, and the Library.

Kindness and the other directors had met earlier this week to sign invitations for the birthday party that was held on campus.
