Erasmus Staff Training Week at MRU July 3rd-7th
International Students

From July 3rd-7th, 2017, Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) hosted the 7th Erasmus International Staff Exchange Week on campus.

Participants from over a dozen countries attended the annual event, which will mark the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus+ programme this year.

The main objective of this Erasmus Exchange Week is to strengthen cooperation and exchange know-how with MRU partner Institutions from Erasmus+ programme countries and KA107 international credit mobility partners.

MRU's Staff Week this year was prepared both for staff members interested in sharing their experience among administrative units, and for those staff members from the Faculties, who work in the area of studies or international relations.

The event began on Monday, July 3rd in the MRU LAB.

Some of the events planned during the week included an excursion to Vilnius' Old Quarter, the castle town of Trakai and the forested green Anykščiai town, where participants could enjoy the treetop walking path in the forests of Anyksčiai.

There were many opportunities to learn from fellow colleagues in other universities and to discuss various practices at EU universities throughout Europe.

Participants also presented their countries national foods during the popular International Lunch event.
